I am a big fan of makeup, so I want to start doing more makeup blog posts on here. So I will start off with a pallet that I really like which is the Natio Eyeshadow palette in the Earth shades.  This palette has 12 different shades, 8 shimmer and 4 matte. They range from rustic pinks to copper and golds and greys finally black (always good for a smokey eye). It  has a really good colour pay off as it is nice and pigmented, the eyeshadows themselves  are also very creamy.  This palette also comes with a double sided brush, which is handy for people starting out with make up. The double sided brush has a foam applicator on one end a brush on the other side. Last weeks the company Amele kindly sent me some free samples of there products so i thought what better way to say thank you than to do a bit of a review. The two products that I received were the shower gel and face Wipe.  Let's start with the shower gel, I used it on a pompom because I prefer that method, however the instructions did say you can just put it straight on your skin mixed with water. I found it to be very soft on my skin and extremely foaming from the small sample I was given. I was very impressed with its foam power. It did have a subtle sent of oranges and a very spring vibe to it. I didn't like the smell overly much but it because it wasn't overly strong think I could use it again without scrunching up my nose however it would not be my first choice in the shower. This week I was lucky enough to get a 300 dollar voucher from Nova Radio to dine in at the Hylander Hotel.  And let me say straight up that the food was delicious! Sadly there are only 2 photos as I was to busy enjoying the food and forgot to take anymore. For dinner that was myself, my sister, my mum and my dad. We started off with three entrees between the four of us which was garlic bread, risotto balls and zucchini flowers. Personally the garlic bread and risotto balls were my favourite however my sister loved  the zucchini flowers and is trying to find a way to replicate them at home.  We then all moved on to main course. My Dad ordered Kangaroo, Mum had salmon, my sister had a steak and I had chicken schnitzel. Everyone seemed to enjoy there meal a lot. I would consider myself a 'nerd' specifically surrounding television shows and movie. I love most things Sci-fi and supernatural. I massive fan of Marvel and so many other things that would be classified as 'nerdy' and 'geeky'.  In July of 2015 I was lucky enough to find myself on a plane heading over to San Diego for the original comic convention. And boy was it overwhelming and exciting.  What is Comic-Con? Comic-Con is an entertainment convention that covers various forms of media and genre such as television, films, books and comic books. These can range from superheros from the 40s, to science fiction and fantasy characters all the way up to pop culture television shows like The Big Bang Theory. Hello wonderful readers, I started this blog last year in November and since then I have posted twice. terrible considering I said I would post once a week. Well I do have some reasons, like I want to focus on YouTube more and I have had other commitments but fact is that if I wanted to post each week I would make the time. I still want to continue this blog as it is a great way to improve my writing skills, which is a bonus for me becasue I am doing a minor in creative writing at university.  I am getting distracted. The point is, I will still continue this blog, with reviews on products, places I like, general odds and ends type things or simple just an update on how my life is that doesn't fit with my YouTube channel.
